Kim Scott is the author of Radical Candor: Be a Kickass Boss without Losing your Humanity, and a CEO coach who had led effective teams across some ofSilicon Valley’s most successful companies. She is currently the co-founder and CEO of Candor, Inc., where she creates tools and teaches others to embed radical candor processes into their organizations. She previously led AdSense, YouTube, and Doubleclick Online Sales and Operations at Google. She also founded and served as CEO of collaboration startup, Juice Software. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
